I do not generally experience sleep problems, but I often have trouble unwinding at night before bed and will often stay up too late. About 20 minutes before I wanted to go to bed, I applied the roll-on to the bottoms of my feet and put the vaporizing jar on my bedside table. I found the aroma to be pleasant and soothing and felt more relaxed after several minutes. My 2 year old even liked using the roll-on too! I found the process a calming bed-time ritual and it helped both of us settle down at night.
